About Carla

Carla Adams is a multidisciplinary artist, creative consultant, and arts educator based in Perth. Her practice spans sculpture, textiles, and print, often combining humour, kitsch, and unexpected material juxtapositions.

In addition to her studio work, Carla is a specialist in creative engagement, designing and facilitating projects that bring people together through hands-on making and shared experience. She has delivered workshops, events, and activations for communities, institutions, and organisations across WA, with a focus on inclusivity, accessibility, and joyful participation.

Carla also runs a business creating and printing her own range of stickers, accessories, and homegoods. Her designs reflect her playful approach to art-making and her love of the absurd, pop culture and nostalgia.
